Adoption Vs. Foster Homes - 964 Words
A 10 year old girl threatens to kill herself at school. She locks herself into a bathroom stall and wants to kill herself. This girl has lived in more that twenty foster homes and has been admitted into psychiatric hospitals several times for depression. She was physically and sexually abused by her stepfather from the time she was a infant until entering school. Some foster homes were good for her, while others only added to the abuse. Foster homes tried and failed to help this poor little girl because they could not handle her mental and health problems from the abuse. Adoption could have helped in her time of need. Instead of foster homes, she could have been adopted by couples who tried but couldn t have children of their own; couples who wanted a child when their own parents didn t want them. Adoption cannot only help the child but also complete the family of a couple who badly ache for a child to call theirs. When considering adoption, couples need to be aware of what happens t o children when they are taken out of foster homes, or homes with unfit parents. My Values And Beliefs Of Nursing - 1170 Words
Philosophy of Nursing Everyoneââ¬â¢s values and beliefs about the profession of nursing are all different. The four concepts of nursing are interrelated and all mean something different to every person, too. Throughout this paper, I will be reflecting on my values and beliefs about nursing through the four concepts while comparing them to a nursing theorist with views that are most similar to my own. My Values and Beliefs of Nursing I choose nursing as my future career because I enjoy working with others, helping others feel better, and educating people. These three topics are all involved in what nursing is. I believe that nursing is focused on the holistic care of individuals and their families in order to achieve and maintain an optimal level of health, a great quality of life, and comfort. This is done through the promoting healthy living, providing a safe environment, preventing illness, and the caring for the individual and the family. My Views of the Nursing Concepts After evaluating what the nursing concepts mean to me, I found that they are most similar to Florence Nightingaleââ¬â¢s theory. For the first concept of nursing, I think it is the holistic care of individuals to provide an optimal level of health and function, comfort, safety, and education. Hamlet had numerous chances to reap revenge for his fatherââ¬â¢s death but was only able to follow through after the accidental murder of his mother. Hamletââ¬â¢s inability to make a decision ultimately leads to his demise, and for that is his tragic flaw. What makes a tragic hero? When he is beckoned to follow the spirit, he does so only after questioning the spiritââ¬â¢s intent: ââ¬Å"Be though a spirit of health or goblin damnââ¬â¢d/ Bring with thee airs from heaven or blasts from hell/ Be thy intents wicked or charitableâ⬠¦Ã¢â¬ (Clark, 1014) He wonders if the spirit is truly his father or only the devil trying to trick him. Claudiusââ¬â¢ reaction will uncover his guilt or innocence. In the course of the play Claudius calls for the play to be stopped and leaves abruptly. Hamlet takes this to be a sign of guilt. In Act III Scene iii, Hamlet encounters his uncle alone, in his room, praying. As he prepares to kill his uncle, he realizes killing him while in prayer will save his soul and send him to heaven. One of the biggest, most important decisions a teenager must make is about college not only when and where, but why and how. I had pondered the idea of furthering my education time and again, but had never been able to decide if I should. This contemplation combined with the stress, confusion and irritation that normally accompanies this decision and changed my junior year of high school. Until the summer before, I had decided that I wasnââ¬â¢t going to college. It wasnââ¬â¢t that I didnââ¬â¢t want to, it just didnââ¬â¢t seem worth the trouble of finding a school, getting accepted, and then surviving college life. After all, neither of my parents had graduated from college and they had done just fine. I had never truly known how to answer the question of what I wanted to be when I grew up. For a while, I wanted to be a ballerina, then a princess, then a rock star. We will write a custom essay sample on Indecisive or any similar topic specifically for you Do Not WasteYour Time HIRE WRITER Only 13.90 / page As I grew older, my goals became more realistic. I was set on being a teacher or an artist; I had always loved to color and draw as well as teach everything I knew. It wasnââ¬â¢t until I went to a college fair (as a way to legitimately miss class) that I felt some relief in thinking about where my life was headed after high school. I saw a familiar name on a banner at one of the college-fair tables and when I approached, a friendly face welcomed me to learn a bit more about the university my cousin loves: Ferris State University. After spending what seemed like ages at that table, I realized that everything I had been interested in for a career was right there in the pamphlet. Not only that, but my best friendââ¬â¢s interests were in plain print as well. The college representative led me through the brochure to a setting that seemed so right for me. Big Rapids, Michigan is a perfect location, right between my hometown and the town where my extended family lives. I would be close enough to visit either place but far enough away to experience life on my own. The idea of being with my best friend, since she was engrossed with this school as w ell, made the concept that much more alluring. Since I was young, I have loved to write, and that passion never faded. To this day, I take English class to heart and write stories, essays and poetry any chance I get. So I decided, after a long period of negotiating with myself, that I would love to be a writer. I wouldnââ¬â¢t say it was for the money since writers donââ¬â¢t always go through life with money bursting out of their wallets unless theyââ¬â¢re lucky and hit the big-time. Rather, I would choose that option strictly with the goal of going to work every day loving what I did. I would live to write and strive to show the world who I am through writing. This is when I decided to be an English major. During the last semester of sophomore year, I escaped from my third-level Spanish class to a Psychology course. I actually enjoyed it and was really pleased with my choice. More and more I appreciated what the class was about and the idea of a career in this area interested me. Sure enough, Ferris State offers a psychology major. Iââ¬â¢m thinking about child psychology because Iââ¬â¢m captivated by learning how the mind operates and working with children. Understanding and helping children seems to fit right in place with my idea of a fascinating career. I have always found myself willing to stand up for what I believe is morally correct and have never been one to step down from a debate. My parents and teachers have told me they can see my future in some form of law and, I must admit, I take great interest in it and havenââ¬â¢t eliminated that idea either. Though it isnââ¬â¢t my first-choice career, being a lawyer would be exciting. Since my cousin is studying law at Ferris State, it more than likely will remain an option for me. My ambition in life, after much thought and consideration, is to be someone I can be proud of, to do what I love to do every day and be successful and to convey to everyone, as well as myself, that I can accomplish anything I set my mind to. I must push myself and do anything and everything in my power to achieve it. College is a starting point. Many go to college to find themselves, among other reasons. Iââ¬â¢m not sure what I would like to do with the rest of my life just yet it may be law, child psychology or English but I believe college is an excellent place to figure it out.

With the soya and ginseng, th e hairs can get to be energized and decrease the hairfall. Price - Price appears to be playing the significant role for drawing, protecting and preserving users. With consideration to the price factor, several aspects are impacting the cost configuration as well as there are various forms of pricing process. In case of Teen Shampoo, the value depending costing is applied by the STL. Value depending pricing appears to be the pricing plan that denotes the cost of the good is depending on the worth it makes. The idea following the plan is ?disburse for activity. With regards to the Teen Shampoos suggestion it might extreme worth between the users and therefore the cost can be established. Depending on the rivals cost, price must be established. As it can be recognized that every branded teenager shampoos cost will not be identical. Additionally, as the various fruits and herbal extracts that can be included approached cost must be 10% extra than the frequent shampoos in the industry. It appears to be completely predictable to explain that the p rice of the element as well as other linked price that seems to be playing the crucial role in establishing the cost of the product. Place - As the location appears to be very easy that denotes the user can conveniently seek to get the goods by applying little effort. As STL might introduce the Teen Shampoo in the urban regions in the advanced town, it might assure the shampoo within the crucial stores that are situated across the towns through their merchants as well as sales executive. Through the producer or retailer side, it can also make the separation through the rivals providing. Packaging of the Teen Shampoo trademark throughout the globe With exclusive recommendation of Ahamed (2015) Packaging regarding the youth shampoos over the global also depicts that the wrapping is the quite significant aspect for affecting the young users to choose the teen shampoo through the self. Unilevers brand Sedal appears to be most prominent in the teen shampoo industry. As recognized, Sedal do not exist in Bangladesh. The wrapping of the Sedal seems to be quite striking as well as it is completely youth logo look. There were too few youths shampoos throughout the globe and each of them were really aware regarding their wrapping pattern as well as look. Boxs figure, various letters as well as the quite significantly shade mixture that can create the wrapping more pleasing and suitable. There exist few natural shampoo bars that can declare, which dont contain any dangerous chemicals such as frequent Shampoo. There exist various Shampoo Bars regarding various hair forms. Fascinatingly such shampoo bars might not contain the scrupulous wr apping. The various shades of packaging designs can be their strategy. The packaging regarding Teen Shampoo it must also be striking and it must be connected along with the youth logos. In the box, using of neon shades and impact might provide the attractive glow at the time of the dark as well as it is supposed that it can please the youth. Whether it can be recognized as the good for both the gender, it might expand the space of chances to execute trades rather it can be assumed following to the organizing the wide study of the user aspect as well as their purchasing format of the youth. Formulation regarding the teen shampoo seems to contain the herbal association or fruit extracts; hence, the users can depend on the ingredients and formulation. It can be supported with the literature of Anas (2013) Each and every shampoo appears to be less or more devised in the identical form in which few elements are same. Whether the STLs research and development can emerge with the modernization in the formulation in shampoo together with the risk-free elements, users will depend on the goods. Trademark traits structuring should be executed in the form that cannot be simulated through the other firms from the international firms suitably. Original trademark character that may structure the original organization together with the users that might assist to make the everlasting connection with users and STL. Fame sponsorship can improve the trademark acceptance between the real as well as possible purchasers rather when the works of the trademark executed among the actual and potential buyers but if the activities of the brand executes on the efficient expense various plans can be implemented. With regarding to sponsoring the famous persons, the common youth can be helpful in implementing in making and widening the industrial interaction in which the youth age famous person must be signified individually other than they can be applied basically as same as other youth. The message structuring can be executed in the form in which it can be imitated that each youth is unique and each of them seems to be significantly same. Trial operation can affect the users as well as their buying aspect. Various teenager operations can be applied as the orientation to introduce as well as to interact the goods as well as its profits and can motivate possible usersinvolvement. Conclusions Square Toiletries Ltd appears to be the firm that is been concentrated for the quality factor since its introduction. Introducing fresh goods seems to be complex regarding any firm rather regular uniqueness as well as by the goods and improvement STL consist of the grip concurrently both in the overseas foreign industries as well as in the Bangladesh domestic industry. As Teen Shampoo must be the fresh good regarding both Bangladeshi domestic users and STL, STL must require to perform on creating the brand education for making the user to be aware regarding the trademark and its functionality.
